How long does shingle roofing typically take?
Most residential shingle roofing jobs in Volusia and Flagler County finish in 1–3 working days depending on roof size, pitch, and material choice. We give you a schedule in writing before we start.
Is shingle roofing covered by insurance?
Storm-related work is often covered by homeowners insurance. We document damage with dated photos and can meet the adjuster on your roof. Pre-existing wear is usually the homeowner's responsibility.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. All permits, code inspections, and manufacturer warranty registration are handled by us — you never file paperwork.
What warranty do I get?
You get the manufacturer material warranty plus our written workmanship warranty. Both are handed to you at project close-out along with photo documentation.
